Tech Hub accepts multiple online payment methods like PayPal, Debit or Credit Card payment, Direct Wire transfer etc. Further instructions are provided and discussed at the time of project confirmation. Besides this, we follow standard 3-tier payment structure breaking your project amount in following 3 steps:

| 02 | After Mockup & Wireframe approval: Once we receive upfront amount from client, we consider the project to be confirmed and pass it to the graphics team, where a perfect wireframe and mockup is designed according to client's requirements which is then presented to the client for approval. He pays this milestone after approving those designs. IMPORTANT: Refunds become non-claimable immediately after client has approved these designs and the project is forwarded to the coding department. | 03 | After Frontend Design: This includes the process of transforming the mockup into a real app with frontend technologies. This milestone is due to client once all the screens in mockup are converted in the app with frontend coding and tested with different devices. | 25% of the total project amount. |
| 04 | After backend development & testing: Immediately, after completing frontend coding, the project is forwarded to backend development team which converts the structure into live functional app. This milestone is due to client once the app is functional, following all the requirements as discussed in the initial stages, and tested with different platforms and methods. | 25% of the total project amount. |
- - Our company representative will be in contact with the client during the whole project time and after completing too. Client must share all the details and feedback on each step with him and should not ask to contact with designer or developer. Every project is treated confidentially and all conversations are made professional through email by our team members, and is audited on short intervals by the directors to avoid any insecurity for both the parties.
- - After completing each milestone work, the company reserves all the rights to stop the developments unless the dues are cleared, please note that the time wasted in this pause will be excluded from project time.
